Brent Finley, Managing Attorney
Brent is a transactional business attorney with more than 10 years of legal experience working as in-house counsel for a Seattle based consulting firm and resolving a range of civil disputes through litigation and arbitration. His transactional experience includes drafting and negotiating hundreds of contracts and agreements, trademark clearance and registration, handling human resource and employment issues, creating joint ventures and helping form and maintain businesses.
He has a practical perspective on advising businesses, informed in part by his litigation experience and through providing consulting services. He has provided legal and strategic advice on a wide range of topics that include the feasibility and structuring of renewable energy projects, economic analysis of business initiatives, software development, and evaluating and minimizing environmental liability.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Brent worked as a marine scientist. He is an avid cyclist and loves spending time outdoors with his family.
